Training takes place in Uhrehøj/Myrhøj - Aars Skov - Hobro Østerskov - Linddale, Hadsund

Saturday 7th April: Rold Nørreskov. First start at 09.00

Eventcenter:

Thursday-Saturday the eventcenter is situated in the assembly area. 
Open from 1 hour before the first start.

 Thursday – 1st  stage Rønhøj/Oudrup

Assembly area is in the middle of the forest.
Signs start on route 29 between Aars and Aggersund.

Friday – 2nd stage Rold Vælderskov and Rebild Bakker

Special startprocedure:

In the classes D-10A, H-10A, D-10B, H-10B, D-12B, H-12B, Beg I og Beg II:
Runners can choose their own start time (put and run) Thursday  11:00 – 14:00, Friday 10:00 - 13:00 and Saturday 09:00 – 12:00  
Open classes can also choose their own start time Thursday  11:00 - 14:00, Friday 10:00 - 13:00 and Saturday 09:00 – 12:00.
In the classes D 11-12A, H 11-12A, D 13-14B, H13-14B, D 15-20C, H 15-20C, D 21C, H 21C1 og H 21C2 there will be a normal startprocedure all three days.
In all other classes there will be a chasing start procedure on the third stage. (The leader of the class will start first, and the rest of the runners will start as many minutes and seconds as their combined results are behind  the leader .)

Bath:

There are no baths 

Terrain:

 Rønhøj/Oudrup - 
A plantation with coniferous trees. is a well-developed network of forest tracks and paths.  Larger open area with almost no paths.
The open area contains fences that may be passed. Moderat hilly.

Rold Vælderskov and Rebild Bakker
The forest is a mixture of deciduous and coniferous trees.here is a well-developed network of forest roads and paths. Rebild Bakker is an open area with heather. Moderate to very hilly.

Rold Nørreskov -
The forest is a mixture of deciduous and coniferous trees. There is a well-developed network of forest tracks and paths. Moderate to very hilly.

Timimg system:

 Electronic:  EMIT. 
Runners, using their own E-card, should give  the number when  registering. 
All other runners will be charged for rental of an E-card. 
The E-card is issued at the start of the first stage and must be returned  at the end of the third stage. 
Runners, who do not return  rented E-card will be charged Dkk380 . 
Runners, who have forgotten their E-card, can rent a replacement  at the eventcenter on payament of Dkk50. 
The rented E-card must then also be used for  the following  stages.
 

Prizes:

For  the 1st  and 2nd stages: Prizes to 1st , 2nd and 3rd  places in the classes < age 17 and prizes for 1st place only in all other classes.
For  the 3rd stage: Prizes to 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall places in all classes.
No prizes for open courses.

Results:

Results will be availible in the assembly area.

Catering:

 Food is availible in the assembly area.
Open 1 hour before the first start
Breakfast, lunch, cakes, sweets, fruit , hot and cold drinks.
 

Crêche:

 There will be a Crêche for registered children in the assembly area Thursday - Saturday.
Registration must include the names and ages of the children. The Crêche is free. 
If any registered child will not be needing care please inform us by mail or at least let the Crêche staff know.

Childrens courses:

 There are free childrens courses on each day. Start and finish in the assembly area. Registration on the day. A small prize for all competitors younger than 13 years.

Open courses:

 There will be six open courses. For length and difficulty - see classes.
There will be no overall winner.
Start will be possible:

 Entry fee for open courses per day:
Youth to age 20-: Dkk85 + Dkk10 for E-card rental
Senior age 21 upwards : Dkk115 + Dkk10 for E-card rental
 

Accomodation:

Overnighting  in the assembly areas or parking areas is not permitted.
